			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This time of year always marks the beginning of a very busy month for the Jewish community, there are a few major holidays that take part in a relatively short time with only a few days separating one holiday from the other.</p>
<p>The real excitement is usually over the Jewish new year, which is usually celebrated on September, and which is the first major holiday after Passover which takes place in April, so this is one holiday that gets all the attention. The preparation for &amp;ldquo;rosh hashana&amp;rdquo; the new year is, as always, filled with food buying and preparation of many traditional dishes, many of whom represent different things to different communities around the world, the new years feast can be very different from one place to the other.</p>
<p>One special feature of this holiday is the traditional honey cake that is eating in the end of the dinner and is served to guests as well as the family members at every occasion in this month, the honey cake is not only healthy and tasty, it is also a wish for a sweet new year that will come and used to welcome the beginning of the year.</p>
<p>The interesting thing about this traditional cake is that there are a lot of different variations of it, it is one of the most popular dishes that people like to personalize and make a change in, in contrary to many other traditional recipes that are never changed, the basic of this cake and the relative easiness of preparation allows many to try and add something and experiment with the flavors, something that creates a lot of different cakes and a multitude of recipes.</p>
<p>The things you will need to take into account when planning to make a honey cake is that you should use high quality products, the fact that it is not a complicated cake does not make it a cheap one, if you use quality products it will be felt when eaten and the compliments will start knocking on your doors, poor quality honey will not produce the same effect probably because it will not stand the heat of the baking process so well and will effect the cakes takes and texture.</p>
<p>Remember that the best time to make and eat this cake is the end of the summer, even if you are not Jewish it is always nice to think that this cake and the preparation needed in making it encompasses in it a wish for a sweet and good new year, a successful and happy beginning of yet another year.</p>

In fact, the name has become so famous as a product brand that many of the younger generation have come to know the famous character through the products sold under this brand. Foreman himself admits that he gained more fame and wealth as a <b>product endorser</b> than he thought possible.</p>
<p>The brand sells from electrical products, to clothes, cleaning products, low-fat, grill-compatible products. However, the most notable of this series is the <b>George Foreman Grill</b> produced by US marketers Salton Inc. The company owns <b>trademarks</b> and trademark registrations for the mark GEORGE FOREMAN in the United States and elsewhere for products used for preparing, cooking, serving foods and beverages since 1995.</p>
<p>In 2002, George Foreman concluded an agreement with an entrepreneur to launch <b>a line of meat products</b> and other foods. The company became George Foreman Foods Inc. and was going to cause a whole series of problems. At present, Foreman is fighting to unwind the contract on the grounds that the company introduced products he didn&#8217;t approve, such as coffee and old frozen meat products, thus putting Foreman&#8217;s image at a risk of being spread too thin.</p>
<p>On the other hand, Salton Inc., filed a complaint against George Foreman Foods Inc. with the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation) Arbitration and Mediation Center on September 24, 2004, on the grounds that the food company&#8217;s use of the web domain <b>www.georgeforeman.com</b> breached Salton&#8217;s registered trade marks in the name.</p>
<p>While looking at the matter from a holistic point of view, the complaint seems rather well-founded, the company&#8217;s use of the domain creating the possibility of &#8220;confusion as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of its web site&#8221;, as Salton alleged.</p>
<p>However, WIPO, although admitting that the domain name is identical to the mark in which Salton has rights, agreed that George Foreman Foods did have rights in the disputed domain name. The complaint was denied.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In Wisconsin, “grilling season” is from May through September. During these months you will find bratwurst being served at all kinds of sporting events, fairs, picnics, and in back yards. I must confess, I always thought brats tasted a bit bland, until I tried some cooking techniques from the experts in Wisconsin. The right marinade and the layer of flavors from a good blend of seasonings do not overpower, but rather, accentuate and enhance the subtle flavor of the brats. Here is a recipe I concocted with ideas from a number of brat recipes by Wisconsinites:</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>4 to 6 links bratwurst</p>
<p>1 cup chopped onion</p>
<p>1 large clove minced garlic</p>
<p>1 12 oz. bottle beer (from Wisconsin, of course!)</p>
<p>2 tbsp. brown sugar</p>
<p>2 tbsp. soy sauce</p>
<p>2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce</p>
<p>1 tsp. yellow mustard</p>
<p>1 tsp. chili powder</p>
<p>1 tsp. Lawry’s® seasoned pepper (or black pepper)</p>
<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>Combine everything except the brats in a shallow baking dish. Mix well. Put in the brats and take some of the beer marinade and pour over the top of brats several times. Cover the dish and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, periodically stirring a bit and pouring the marinade over the top of the brats. When ready to cook, place everything in a large pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Take the brats out of the marinade and grill until brown and firm (keep the marinade simmering). Put the grilled brats back into the simmering marinade and simmer until ready to serve. Serve on hotdog buns or French rolls (though a true Wisconsinite would insist on a Sheboygan hard roll). Brats taste great with horseradish mustard!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>BBQ sauce is generally a basic mixture of tomatoes, sugar and vinegar. Tomatoes used can be in various forms such as tomato sauce, paste, puree and even ketchup. Sugar adds sweetness to the barbecue sauce and can either be corn syrup, honey or molasses. The addition of vinegar, on the other hand, lends a sour flavor to the bbq sauce and can be in the form of beer, white or flavored vinegar, wine or citrus juices. In general, bbq sauces can be used throughout the barbecue process from preparation to cooking.</p>
<p>Bechamel sauce or White Barbecue Sauce has a long and illustrious history. It has been a pet of the French food connoisseurs, since 1651. One of the mother sauces of French cuisine, the white sauce is nowadays made by whisking scalded milk gradually into a white flour-butter roux. However, it can also be made by whisking a kneaded flour-butter beurre manié into scalded milk. The thickness of the final sauce depends on the proportions of milk and flour. White Barbecue sauce, unquestionably adds a delicate flavoring to your meat dishes.</p>
<p>White Barbecue Sauces of Alabama are different from most other barbecue sauces in the use of their bases. These sauces are predominantly mayonnaise based, unlike the traditional and ubiquitous tomato. Chicken, turkey or pork &#8211; these white sauces are taste uppers beyond imagination. Like its tomato- and mustard-based cousins, white barbecue sauce comes in shades ranging from porcelain to putty. There are also differences in consistency. Some sauces flow like fat free milk, while others are more reminiscent of a creamy dressing. As for the ingredients, well, purists such as Myra Grissom, owner of Miss Myra&#8217;s Pit Bar-B-Q in Birmingham, insists there are only four items who play the role: mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and coarsely ground pepper. Perking up salads or topping pulled pork sandwiches or grilled fish whatever you are up to these sauces are great.</p>

Mayonnaise, Egg Yolks, Water, Corn Syrup, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Calcium Disodium, Cider Vinegar, Onion, Garlic, White Pepper, Salt and Xanthium Gum are what goes into the making of this taste bud rocker.</p>
<p>Big Bob Gibson White BBQ sauce comprises distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, egg yolks, mustard flour, paprika and garlic. Poultry, pork, seafood, and wild game-Big Bob, goes with them comfortably enough.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I manage a highly regarded web community for corporate flight attendants and the subjects we discuss on our forum include: how to get hired, appropriate business attire, taxes and accounting, safety issues, and food service. The latter category can, at times, be a real hot button issue with opinions divurging and colliding frequently, even on the simplest matters. You see, corporate flight attendants really want to do everything perfectly &#8212; the first time and every time &#8212; as their passengers [clientele] include some of the most influential people in the world.</p>
<p>One such issue we&#8217;ve tackled over our forum&#8217;s history has been the proper way to open champagne. Fortunately, we found the following tips by Dan Saltzstein in his piece[1] titled, Opening the Bottle. To give full credit to Mr. Saltzstein his tips are shared verbatim:</p>
<p>• Cut the foil (or &#8220;capsule&#8221;) covering the cork, just below the bottom lip of the bottle&#8217;s neck, and peel it off. Wipe the lip of the bottle.</p>
<p>• Insert the point of the screw into the cork, slightly off-center.</p>
<p>• Twist the screw all the way into the cork (don&#8217;t go half-way or you&#8217;re likely to end up with half a cork).</p>
<p>• Anchor the cork screw&#8217;s lever (the little notch at the tip of the bottle opener) on the lip of the bottle, hold the neck of the bottle with one hand and lift the corkscrew with the other.</p>
<p>• Pull the cork, twisting gently.</p>
<p>Mr. Saltzstein also stressed that &#8220;having a towel handy in order to wipe off any accumulated moisture&#8221; was a good idea.</p>
<p>Thus, the veil of secrecy surrounding the methodology of opening champagne has been successfully demystified. Our community of corporate flight attendants can now turn our attention to other weighty matters.</p>
